Use Wet n Wild's services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

5.1 Wet n Wild’s Property: Wet n Wild retains all right, title, and interest in and to the services, including all related intellectual property rights.

5.2 User Content: Wet n Wild does not claim ownership of any data, information, or material you upload, submit, or otherwise transmit to or through Wet n Wild's services.

6. Termination

Wet n Wild may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
